Passionate about Breaking Barriers

Over the years, the Founder of NYM has 

worked with hundreds of children, young people and families with a range of mental health and well-being challenges. This stems from her many years of working in Early Intervention and Prevention in the public and private sectors.

Ms Guner has always been motivated to go the extra mile to support the improvement of access to mental health support for all those in need. In 2007 she joined her local running club and in 2010 she joined forces with UK based charity MIND and completed the London Marathon raising £2,231.25

​

As a service user in her own youth, she talks passionately about making a 'real' difference to those who need it most and highlights the importance of the NYM logo (diagram illustrating how our clients will develop skills in the following areas: Awareness; Goal Setting; Strategising; Actioning; Questioning and  Strength Building).
